My new main camera. I wanted to go Full Frame and stay with Canon as I wanted the articulated screen so the 5D Mk4 was not an option and anyway, it is so big

Canon RF 24-105mm f4L IS USM Lens - RF Mount for the EOS-R. A fantastic super shar lens

Canon RF 35mm f1.8 IS Macro STM Lens - RF Mount for the EOS-R. NOt L SAeries build quality but it is L-Series sharp !

Samyang MF 14mm f2.8 Lens - Canon RF Fit - RF Mount for the EOS-R

Canon 80D - My backup camera. The Vari-Angle LCD touch screen is excellent - I couldn't live with a DSLR that didn't have one of these now!

Canon 50mm EF USM f1.4 - a great quality wide maximum aperture fixed length lens

Sigma 105mm f2.8 DG OS HSM MACRO - amazing sharpness and great build quality - a really excellent lens.

Sigma 150-600mm f5-6.3 Contemporary DG OS HSM Lens with 1.4x Teleconverter - not had much chance to play with this yet but a quick first impression is that it is a super sharp lens.

Tamron 70-300mm f4-5.6 SP DI USD - I replaced my Canon 70-300mm zoom with this. I think it is sharper than the Canon and has excellent image stabilisation (Not compatibile with my EOS-R and EF-S adaptor)

Canon 10-18mm f4.5-f5.6 IS STM. Cheap and cheerful but very sharp. Plastic mount and no distance gauge but light, wide and creates sharp images.

Manfrotto MT190X Pro3 Aluminium 3 Section Tripod with Manfrotto MHXPRO-3W 3-Way Aluminium Pan & Tilt Head - sturdy but heavy. The 3-Way head is great for Macro work.

Manfroto BeFree One - not very tall but very compact and very light. Purchased to go in flight hand luggage (folds to 32cm and weighs 1.3Kg) or for when the Manfrotto MT190X is too large or too heavy for the day's assignment !

Lowepro Whistler BP 350 AW Backpack. New addition to my Kitbag is my Kitbag. Expensive but very well made with loads of space. Dimensions are suitable to most, if not all, Carry-On Hand Luggage.

Cable Release. Some would say essential, but you can always use Mirror Lockup and a 2 second timer. Useful, however if you want to be ready on the shutter release and want to take an photo immediately without waiting for the time to release the shutter.
